I ordered a neafs bundle having previously used other heated devices. I can honestly say that I am really impressed with the device and the neafs. The device is premium quality and feels nice in your hand. The teo is so easy to use press the button 5 times to switch it on then you put a stick in the top of the device and push it in straight as it has a heating blade inside. Do not twist the stick as you could snap the blade. A little tip put the stick in lightly and then press the button again for 2 seconds until it vibrates, it takes 20 seconds to heat up so after about 10 seconds it softens the stick and then it is easier to push to the line on the top. After the second vibration you can start your sessions. I got a mixed bundle of sticks and normally I only like tobacco flavour so I used the original 1.5 nicotine. The flavour was lovely it was like a Virginia taste, even though I the sticks are made with green tea leaves the taste was amazing and these will be my flavour going forward. I have tried some of the other flavours. The blueberry ones were really nice they reminded me of huba buba chewing gum flavour so if you like fruit flavour these would be a nice one for you. The flavour was consistent through the full stick and there was plenty of vapour. I would highly recommend the device and neafs sticks as they are really close to a real cigarette and much better than vapes which I could not get away with. You can also use the device with other sticks if you want. I would also like to say that the customer service is amazing, I had a problem with placing my order and emailed them. They got straight back to me and Richard sorted it out straight away for me so thank you for the brill customer service.
